Chalet Le Courtil is suberbly located facing the Mont-Blanc Mountain chain in a prestigious and quiet residential area of Chamonix.
Chalet Le Courtil is south facing and set in 1000 sq metres of private lawned gardens surrounded by mature trees and hedges and has extensive views of both the Mont Blanc range and the Aiguille Rouges.
Accessed by car via a private road the Chalet has an enviable 200 metres walk by footpath to the shops, bars and resturants of central Chamonix.
There is a floor area of about 250sq metre sleeping from twelve up to seventeen people in the five bedrooms and centrally heated self contained Mazot (garden house).
Le Courtil has a 60sq metre South facing balcony and private parking for many cars. It has an integral garage which is ideal for storage and the maintenance of clients equipment eg skis,bikes.
Several of the valleys ski areas are around 5-15 minutes walk away.
Le Courtil is very well equiped for self catering, but we offer our clients the flexibility of a part or fully catered option.
