The main house includes a wonderful living room with fireplace, 2 dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a family room and the master bedroom with king size bed and bath. Downstairs is an open area with a room divider. There are 2 queen size beds, and a bunk with a full on the bottom and a single on the top, and full bathroom. Upstairs includes an office with a bunk, and a private room with a queen size bed.
The guest house includes two rooms each with a king size bed, and a full kitchen open to the dining and living area. The living room includes a sleeper sofa. There is also a full bath and laundry room.
Don?t miss the cabin! This old cabin has an incredible view of the river. There are 4 bunks, an upstairs with a queen size bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This cabin is great for an ?overflow? of guests.
The home is situated on a quiet part of the Swan River perfect for swimming or exploring the rivers? wildlife by kayak or canoe! This Swan River home is located 10 minutes from Seeley Lake, 45 minutes from Bigfork and Flathead Lake, approx 1 hour 45 min to the gates of Glacier Park, and 1 hour to Missoula.
