Within easy reach and not to be missed are Troyes, the forest and lake of Orient, Dijon and its old city, Beaune and its monastery. Self contained with a private entrance the property has an enclosed private garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swing and table tennis. The heated swimming pool (11x5m 02/05-25/09) is shared with the chambres d'hôte. Table d'hôte meals available (25 Euros per person wine included). On the ground floor, the living room has a well equipped open plan kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice box, electric cafetiere, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a dining/lounge area with TV. On the first floor, there is a charming twin bedroom and on the second floor, overlooking the vineyards, a double bedroom. Both rooms have en suite shower room and wc. Electricity above 40kw per week is payable locally. Bed linen included. Cot and highchair available on request.
