In a quiet rural hamlet, the house stands in a large south-facing garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool (10x6m 20/04-29/10), is set into the slope of the garden with views over the orchard below.

Wooden beams and exposed stone walls create a rustic atmosphere. Dining room with table, chairs and benches and, behind a bar, the kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, small fridge and dishwasher and french windows to the terrace. Microwave available on request. Beyond this is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and big fridge. Shower room and separate wc. Upstairs, with entrance from the lane outside as well as a staircase from the dining room, is the living room with sofa and armchairs around the open fireplace, satellite TV, and, off this, two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with basin and bidet and separate wc. Stairs from the living room lead directly up to two interconnecting twin rooms under the eaves. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
