Our beautifully furnished spacious ground floor self-catering apartment is in Hurghada on the Red Sea Riviera in Egypt.It sleeps 6 to 8 people although we offer a discount for 1 or 2 person occupancy.
Your party will be met at Hurghada airport and returned there at the end of your holiday. This Free service is provided for your convenience.
The apartment is set within a gated complex with 24-hour security in a quiet area and has a shared swimming pool.
There is air conditioning(hot or cold air) in each of the bedrooms and in the living room.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is one more bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet) and a cloakroom (washbasin and toilet only). Each toilet has bidet facilities. Two of the bedrooms lead directly onto the patio. Each bedroom has large twin beds, which can be placed together or apart as you wish and a large bed settee in the living room can sleep up to 2 more people at extra charge of £50 pp per week.
A midweek change of towels and sheets is included in the price.
A travel cot, high chair and baby buggy is provided at no extra charge if you request them at the time of booking. The baby buggy also has a detachable parasol.The living room has seating for 6 people and there is a dining table and 6 chairs should you wish to eat in. A large terrace/patio is accessed from the living room and there are 2 tables and further 8 chairs on the patio.There is a barbecue on the terrace.
There is a satellite TV and DVD player in the living room. The DVD player will play your music CDs and MP3s
A safe is provided Free of charge.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. There are 3 steps up to the entrance of the apartment otherwise it is all on one level.We do have a wheelchair ramp to negotiate these if necessary however apart from grab rails at the side of the toilet and shower in the en suite bedroom,a shower stool and a raised toilet seat that can be fitted if necessary, the apartment is not specifically equipped for the disabled. It is up to the individual to decide if these facilities will be sufficient for their needs. A small supermarket is located just outside the gated community and many more shops, restaurants and the beach are a 10-minute stroll away. Local taxis and buses can be stopped just outside the apartment and cost very little. SCUBA DIVING The Red Sea is one of the most famous scuba diving destinations and thought by some to be second only to the Great Barrier Reef. This is due to the good visibility almost all year round, the beautiful coral formations and the myriad of fishes. Whether you are an experienced diver or just a beginner the Red Sea has it all from shallow coral gardens to historical wrecks, the Thistlegorm being the most famous. If you wish you may pre-book your diving with us or just tell our friend who will pick you up at Hurghada airport what you require and he will arrange it for you. If there are members of your party who don't wish to dive, they are able to join you either to snorkel or just to take the boat trip. An excellent lunch is served on full day trips. TOURIST EXCURSIONS Our friend is also able to organise any excursions you may wish to make whilst on holiday at a very reasonable price e.g. Trips to Luxor, Karnac Temple,Colossus of Memnon, Valley of the Kings and Queens, Pyramids at Giza and Cairo. He can even organise a 3 day cruise down the Nile. EATING OUT Eating out is very reasonably priced. There is a large variety of restaurants within easy walking distance and lots more by taking a short bus or taxi into Sekala and Dahar, the older parts of Hurghada.Many restaurants will deliver. A supermarket is just outside the complex. A free welcome pack containing a few basic necessities will be provided (water, coffee, tea, milk etc) just to tide you over until you are able to get to the supermarket. This is a non-smoking apartment. We would like to ask our clients who wish to smoke, to kindly smoke on the patio, and not in the apartment
Whilst children are welcome, the apartment has not been made 'child proof'.Parents should be aware that the pool is unsupervised and children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

The price of the apartment is £550 per week for upto 6 persons.Low occupancy discount of £100 for occupancy by 1 or 2 persons.A large bed settee in the living room can sleep up to 2 more people at an extra charge of £50 per person per week.
Booking deposit
25% of the total rental fee is payable on booking. This is non-returnable in case of cancellation. If you pay by cheque confirmation of your booking will only be sent once the cheque has cleared.
Breakages/Damage Deposit
Guests will have to pay for any loss, damage or breakages that occur and they must be reported immediately to our agent.
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required 8 weeks before your departure,in case of loss, damage or excessive usage of utilities. This will be refunded 14 days after your return from holiday less any charge for any loss, breakages or damage Payment terms
The balance of the total rental fee together with the Breakages/Damage Deposit is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to occupation. If the final balance is not received by this date then the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation charges
To cancel the entire holiday, the Party Leader must write to us, by recorded delivery at the address on your booking confirmation. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your letter.
The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to arrival – 25% of the cost of your holiday
56 –29 days prior to arrival - 50% of the cost of your holiday
15 –28 days prior to arrival - 75% of the cost of your holiday
14 – 0 days prior to arrival -100%of the cost of your holiday
If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover the cancellation charges. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
LIABILITY. We cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, changes or cancellations caused by major coups (i.e. strikes, floods, fire, closure of airports, terrorist attacks, political unrest, war or the threat of war, industrial disputes, technical difficulties, weather conditions) or any other events beyond our control. During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE. It is advised that this be contained within your travel insurance.
