This is New Home has "room to grow in". We know everyone loves the beach and to have friends and family come to visit, so here is the answer to saving money nd having a great vacation. Only $50 per person/night this breaks down to. Can't beat that!

Drop your bags and grab a chair, towel and lotion and hit the beach! This house is steps away from the white sands of relaxation. You will be 3rd from the beach so lunch breaks and a pit stop are no problem for you and the little ones. When the kids need a nap, hit the forth floor deck with a magazine and watch the beach with ease if the rest of the crew is still on the beach. The Ocean side of house has Ocean Views from all floors.
The new Hickory kitchen invites you to cook up a grand meal, while still being in the thick of it with the open floor plan of the kitchen/dining/living room area. It is has been a long day at the beach, order take out from the several surrounding eateries, and entertain with style, and ease while hanging out with the gang. The movable island can be used for extra meal preparation in the center of the kitchen, and with 6 stools for a small group to eat at, or moved to the bench sitting area used along with the stools to seat 20. If you have a party, move the island to the step wall for a buffet and the bench seating allows for TV watching for the big game. The island is also equipped to hold your bottled wines, mixers, and hanging glasses for a great cocktail party. The living room has a wrap around couch that has a queen pull out and a pop up table to eat at if you’re not into sitting with a party of 20 and need a break from the “cafeteria” island mayhem. There is a TV up on the wall and a DVD player in the built in entertainment center, with room for your game system. The large windows in the front and side of the house allow you to keep in touch on who is coming and going and what the waves are looking like for the day ahead while grabbing a bite.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and a full size bed. The bathroom has handicapped rails on the walls for our elders to get around with ease and security, the stand up shower has a seat and handrails in it also for a safer entry. The toilet is a high boy for the adult comfort. The antique sink will make them chuckle, like it did my Dad, bringing back the past décor of yester years. The pantry allows a quick unload and go after food shopping, and has a stocked cleaning closet of tools when you need a fast pick up before guests arrive, or departure. There is a mudroom for the adventurous types that may need the big sink for clean up (finger painting on rainy days, making collages, or putting puzzles together, some of my favorite memories of the beach growing up).
Heading up the open staircase to the second floor you are hit with the rays of sun that warm you to your toes. This Living room has huge windows that open the whole room up to the street and the beach for a birds eye view. For your get away from the first floor there is a desk for the die hards that have to keep in touch with work, a rocker for the Moms who need to lull those babies to sleep, some tables, a queen pull out couch, and a entertainment center with a TV/DVD. The second floor bathroom has a tub/shower for babies and adults, and the high boy toilet.
The second floor bedrooms consist of one large bedroom with stain glass doors that is off the living room, this has a sitting room with bay windows with grand views of the beach. It has a pull out couch and King size bed allowing 4 people to sleep in here. The next 2 rooms have a queen size bed, and the back room has a set of bunks. The far back room is a laundry/craft/wet bar area for wash day, entertaining, and happy hour.
Looking for a new spot to see the sights? Then a quick sprint out the back door steps up to the “Grand Ole Roof Top Deck” for the Happy Hour in Heaven. This fourth floor spacious deck sets you high above the rest of the homes; you have a panoramic view for miles of the never resting ocean, beautiful homes, and twinkling skyline. There is nothing like a amber sunset with the rolling waves to set the tone for a romantic night. On the Fourth of July there is no need to go anywhere else to fight the crowds because you can see all the fireworks being set off in the surrounding towns. On clear days the bridge, AC, and the Bay’s Islands are visible by the naked eye.
In Front of the Bay window in he first floor living room there is a nice garden with feeders to attract the for those who miss their flock while on vacation. In the front yard and side alley 6 -7 cars can be parked, possibly 8 if small. If you need more parking you can park in front of home on certain days or at the end of the block.
The third floor is locked out for the Owners Quarters. There are 2 locked out closets in the first floor hallway, and 2 in the second floor bunkroom. The far right parking spot next to fence is reserved for the owner when using the house.

1. DUE AT BOOKING - $1000.00 Security deposit plus 1/2 of total
rental fee to reserve week.

ORDER. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE.
2. DUE AT CHECK IN- Remaining balance of due rent.
**A $300 cleaning fee will be held at check in time and will be
returned at check out time if house is in clean and rentable
condition, otherwise it will be used for cleaning services.
Securitiy fees will be returned within 7 days after house is checked
for damages, loss.
The tenant agrees as follows: to pay the rent as specified and in
default thereof, to forfeit all payment made on account and all
rights hereunder; not to assign this lease or sub-let the premises;
not to use or occupy the premise except for residential purposes; to
keep and maintain the property in good order and to repair or
replace at Tenant’s expense any item or furnishing that may be
damaged or broken. On expiration of this lease, the tenant will
leave the premises clean and ready for occupancy, otherwise a $300
cleaning fee will be imposed.
The lease premise shall not be occupied by more than 20 people.
All occupants names, addresses, and phone numbers to be supplied
upon request. Tenant agrees to abide by all local ordinances and
laws. Unnecessary disturbances, nose complaints, etc. will void
this lease.
NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES !!
NO SMOKING!!
Tenant shall furnish linens, blankets, towels, and such other items
the tenant desires. No refund from cancellation until premises re-
rented at same price. All refunds subject to 25% cancellation fee.
