The beautiful cottage has three bedrooms, complete kitchen, wash/dryer, satellite t.v. ac, and a private dock w/dock slip. It is closely located near a variety of dinning establishments from seafood Restaurants to hamburger places. It is also very close to the colonial beach boardwalk and beach activities, as well as 35 miles from historic Fredericksburg, va, (American Civil War).

Here is a list of our policies:
1) A $100 refundable booking fee is required for nightly and weekly rentals - and $200 for monthly rentals.
2)A $200 refundable security deposit is required to book your nightly rental - $500 for weekly or monthly rentals. The deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after your check-out date or sooner. Property must be fully inspected by owner or assistants before any security deposit or booking fees will be returned.
3)Our Cancellation Policy:
60 days prior to booking date: Full refund of deposit/ booking fee/not refunded.
30 days or more prior to booking date: Half of rental fee refunded/ booking fee/not refunded.
4) We have higher rates for the weekends of Jun 12-14 for The Potomac River Festival and The July 4th week and weekend. You will need to contact owner for details.
