Only negative comments would have to be the comfort of the master bed (very hard and uncomfortable-noticed this both times we stayed there) and the lack of comfortable seating and lighting in the living room. No cozy place for 3 people to read or watch TV. Also the grill was not working and very dirty, so we could not grill outside.

The hospitality was above and beyond. The home is designed in interesting angles that keep it spacious. It's gorgeous, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed from moment to moment. Note that the view from the house is slightly obstructed by homes and power lines. The best view is from the top floor balcony. From both balconies there is a stunning garden to enjoy, and the hot tub is wonderful.The private beach is lovely. It's an easy access to the beach, but note that there is a carpet of small rocks to navigate for a 50-pace stretch before reaching the sand. We enjoyed the location very much.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, and we'll likely return next year.One thing that I'd like is a charcoal grill. Probably something that increases risk a bit on your end, and not everyone knows how to use it, but they make for better food at the end of the day!
