Come stay in an ancient palace located in the heart of Florence – The ancient palace, once residence of an incumbent Florentine family in the 14th century is situated only a few meters from the famous Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti and the Baboli Gardens. It contains a total of 7 apartments, all recently renovated to increase comfort whilst still maintaining the Florentine architectural elements and antique furniture. Each apartment contains unique design characteristics and can provide for up to 4 or 6 people. All the apartments contain satellite TV, heating, a telephone, air conditioning and Internet access. We invite you to come and stay experience the lifestyle of the former Florentine nobility!
The following apartments are available to our guests:
Apartment CAPPELLO
Up to 4 people – 33 sqm
Facilities: The ground floor of the palace is spread over two levels. Downstairs is a large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, and 1 bathroom with a shower. On the second level are two single beds and beautiful frescos from the 14th century.
Apartment MEDICI
Up to 4 people – 54sqm – Disabled Facilities
Facilities: The apartment is located on the ground floor of the palace and contains a large living room with Kitchenette, 1 double bed (on request two single beds), double sofa bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
Apartment Clarissa
Up to 6 people – 80 sqm
Facilities: The apartment is located on the first floor of the palace and is spread over two levels. On the first level of the apartment, are beautiful frescoes from the 15th century, a large elegant living room with Kitchenette, double sofa bed, large bedroom with a double bed and two large windows, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The second level contains a large bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Apartment LORENZO
Up to 6 people – 83 sqm
Located on the first floor of the palace and is spread over two levels. This apartment contains a hallway, living – dining room and kitchen, small laundry room with washing machine, additional small sitting room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The second level contains a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Apartment IL VECCHIO
Up to 6 people – 63 sqm
Facilities: Located on the second floor in the palace, and spread over two levels. This apartment contains a hallway, large bright dining room, kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bathroom with shower. The second level contains two single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Apartment LEONE
Up to 5 people – 60 sqm
Located on the second floor of the Palace and spread over one level. Apartment Leone contains a living room with a single bed, 2 bathrooms with a shower in each, large bedroom with double bed (on request two single beds), living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with dishwasher, and antique fireplace from the 17th century.
Apartment CATERINA
Up to 6 people – 100 sqm
Facilities: Located on the third floor of the palace with beautiful views overlooking the old town rooftops and the Santo Spirito church. This apartment contains a large hall, and a dining room with kitchenette (equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine) and an antique fireplace from the 17th century. There are also three bedrooms each containing a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, telephone, wireless Internet, bed linen and towels (changed 2 x per week).
