These 2 bed/2.5 bath condominiums sleep up to 6 people and are 1,365 square feet. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, internet access, balcony, cable TV, VCR or DVD player and more. Units are individually owned. Layout, bedding and furnishings vary from unit to unit.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. The 36-acre hillside location supplies privacy plus spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley, yet is only minutes from all the action. A complimentary private shuttle service during the winter months will transport you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs in minutes. On property there is a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, mens and ladies saunas and four outdoor tennis courts. Cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays. 1 bedroom - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom - USD 50.00. There are no cleaning fees for 3 or more night stays.
Check-in is located at 2150 Resort Dr., Steamboat Springs. In lieu of the USD 250.00 authorization hold on a credit card at check-in as a security deposit, guests have the option to buy Property Damage Protection that will cover for incidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00 for a one time fee of USD 29.00.
