All floors are cool and nature limestone tiles.
Off the living room is a library/office with floor to ceiling shelving, over 300 books, internet service, computer, and fax machine. The entertainment room is just a few steps away and is outfitted with a 56" Flat panel TV with Surround Sound, DVD, over 300 movies, stereo system with 6 speakers placed throughout the main level, granite counter wet bar and cabinet and comfy down-mix sofa which seats 6-8.
Also on the main floor of Oserian Villa is the dramatic and spacious 1650 sq. ft. Master Bedroom with beautiful bed on a raised platform, direct view to the sea and 2 walk in closets. The master bathroom has double sinks with marble counters, jacuzzi, fantastic shower with limestone tiles, skylight and views of St. Martin.
There are 2 additional bedrooms: one is located on the second floor with fabulous views and breezes, connecting bathroom with shower, and walk out to a rooftop deck with built in seats. The 3rd bedroom is 550 sq.ft.and located in a separate building from the main house and accessed via a covered walkway. There is a bathroom with shower and kitchenette.
The pool is 15'x 25' and the large multi level deck has a stainless steel gas barbecue grill and Brown & Jordan bar table with 2 chairs, 4 chaise loungers and table with 4 chairs.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Credit card is required for the $500 security deposit.
