BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This three bedroom home is conveniently located 20 minutes south of Livingston in the gorgeous Paradise Valley. Outdoor recreation opportunities abound, and at the end of the day, this beautiful home will serve as a perfect home base. And if you simply want to kick back at home, you won't be missing out - as the views from the property are exceptional.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS: Emigrant Escape has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 20" LCD television with DVD player for some evening movie watching, and a full private bathroom. The other two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom that is out in the hallway. One of these guests bedrooms is set up with a queen size bed. This room has an iPod docking station. The other is set up with two double size beds, as well as a 13" LCD television and a DVD player.
KITCHEN: A gorgeous kitchen awaits you! The chef in your group will love the easy layout of the kitchen and the high quality, stainless steel appliances, cookware and serving ware. There is a bar counter for chatting with the cook, and the dining table is just off to the side. There is also a gas barbecue for your outdoor grilling. While your cook is working they can enjoy the fireplace in one direction and mountain views in the other.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen, with a beautiful gas-fired rock fireplace in the center of the great room space. Cozy couches are situated to enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace as well as the gorgeous views out the huge living room windows. There is a 26" LCD TV, a DVD player and satellite service. The home is equipped with several board games, plenty of books and DVDs, and even horseshoes for some outdoor fun!
SETTING, ACREAGE, VIEWS: Emigrant Escape is located on 20 valley acres. There is a picnic table and outdoor seating to enjoy the views or have dinner. The rugged Absaroka Mountain Range dominates the view to the east. Wildlife visitors may include deer, fox, hawks, and occasionally bald eagles, elk and coyotes.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing on the Yellowstone River, horseback riding, rafting, golf, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston, Gardiner and Bozeman have to offer.
CLOSEST TOWN AND AIRPORT: It's about 20 miles to Livingston and 35 miles Gardiner. It's 45 miles to Bozeman and 55 miles to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport.
