Family Oriented Vacation Accommodations Maravilla is a family oriented vacation complex. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25. Guests are urged to remember that the fun of your group should not prevent others at the complex from having a good time. Be respectful of others. Smoking is prohibited in all condos. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees. Reservation/Security Deposit A $400 refundable security deposit is required for all condos. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Cancellation Policy Reservation and Security deposits are refunded when at least 30 days notice is given on daily and weekly rentals. Monthly rentals require 60 days notice. A $45 processing fee will apply to cancellations. Early departure does not qualify for a refund. Hurricane evacuation orders made by Walton County are an exception to this policy and refunds will be prorated for the unused portion of your stay.
