This two-bedroom house is situated in the quiet village of Orahovac. 12 mins drive to Kotor, 5 mins drive to Perast. The house has just been totally renovated, and everything in the house, including the furniture, the wooden floor and kitchen and bathroom equipment is brand new. The house has got a big balcony with a beautiful sea views, a 50m2 fenced terrace on the roof great for sunbathing and a 30m2 roofed and glassed-in terrace which can be used as a separate room. A nice white pebbled beach and a family restaurant with great food 100m down the hill. There are two local shops in the village. Parking space in front of the house. There are a lot of locals living in Orahivac and a few foreigners, so it feels like a true Montenegrin village. The calm clear water of the beach is great for family swimming, especially for children. There is a water reserve system in the house, so in summer, when they turn off water during the day, there is always hot and cold water in the house.
There are two small shops in Orahovac providing most basic needs. Tasty local meat and seafood dishes are served at the nearby cafe Kum. The Amfora hotel, situated on the beach, has a fine restaurant, bar and fitness centre. On the road to Kotor there are several supermarkets as well as banks, cash machines, cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops.
Nearby there is an excellent Stari Mlini restaurant in the village of Ljuta (10 mins drive)expensive by local standards but a very enjoyable experience. There is a seafood market in the same village. Medieval town of Kotor with its narrow cobbled streets, cathedral, museum, elegant piazzas, numerous shops and bars is a great place to visit. Perast built be medieval Venetians is a wonderful town for walking, exploring or visiting churches and museums. Although there is no beach you can sunbathe by the many jetties or relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere in one of the restaurants or in the cafe bar. There are short boat trips to the Benedictine Monastery and the Baroque Church on the two small islands.
Budva has a vast number of beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants and is a bustling holiday destination. One of the most beautiful parts of Budva is citadela, the fortification of the old castle. It houses a museum and a large terrace gives a great view of the entire city. Budva is the late night spot of the coastal towns.

Living Rooms: Living room with a double sofa bed, a wardrobe and air-conditioning. There is a doble sofa bed in the roofed and glassed-in terrace as well.
Bed linen and towels provided and changed at the end of your stay. If guests stay longer than 1 week extra linen and towels will be provided. The apartment is cleaned at the end of your stay. Please bring your own beach towels. The house is 100m up the hill, no problem with strollers, but may be difficult for wheelchair users.
Parking area in front of the house. A large roofed and glassed-in terrace (can be used as a separate room) with a dining table and chairs, 2 highchairs 2 benches, a sideboard, a sink, front balcony with 2 chaise longues, a large terrace on the roof with 2 chairs and 2 tents for children.
Coast/Beach
A nice pebbled beach is 100m away. The beach is fringed with trees providing shade from the sun.
Travel
Dubrovnik's Cilipi airport is a 90 min drive from the apartment and Tivat airport is a 25 min drive. Car hire is recommended to visit the surrounding areas. This can be arranged locally.

The following are places of interest within easy driving distance of the apartment and the times taken to get there: Kotor 12 mins drive. Perast 5 mins. Tivat 25 mins. Budva 1 hour and Stari Mlini (The Old Mill) restaurant 10 mins.
20% deposit secures booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before holiday commencement date. If balance is not paid by this date the deposit will not be refunded and the booking will be considered cancelled.
