The apartment is located 5' from the medieval old town and from the main sea sight promenade where the characteristic stalls park are and where you can acquire the more particular objects, and 10 minutes walk from the north promenade as well. The lido beach is about 1 km reachable by bus or by foot, about 15 minutes walk. The main bus stop, called Piazza della Mercede, is 5 minutes near. The market, the butcher, the baker, the grocer and chemist's shop are all around the apartment.
The apartment, which is beautifully furnished to a very high quality, is composed of living-room faces to the pretty little kitchen. The large living area has two very comfortable sofa, a 32' flat screen TV digital cable provided, a DVD/MP3/tape player and a radio-stereo. The kitchenette is new, modern nice and all equipped designed as an open-space to the living-room. There is tow table with 7 chairs. The bathroom is elegant old style furnished with bath-tube with shower wc and bidet.

The lido beach is about 1 km reachable by foot in about 15 minutes walk. The main bus stop, called Piazza della Mercede, is 3 minutes walk. The market, the butcher, the baker, the green grocer, the fish shop, the pizza/restaurant, the market, the bank and pharmacy are all around the block. Everything necessary is all near the apartment. It's a very strategic position. Car is not necessary, but if you rent one you will find parking very easily. There's a lot of pubblic park all around the building.
