Every room has balconies. Master bedroom access the large sunny roof terrace with stunning view to sea & mountains. Living room open up onto the large patio, overlooking the pool.
All windows has security shutters built in. There is security alarm system in villa.
Water is solar heated with backup heating through the electric. All rooms are air-conditioning which also delivers heating (suitable for winter period). Perimeter of villa walled lighting & pool lighting adds to the wonderful holiday experience.
Living & Dining room: Dining table to seat 10 persons / very large living space / plasma TV / CD / DVD / satellite TV / table games / books.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom – king-size bed, 1 bedroom – double bed, 2 bedrooms – twin beds. Linen, towel & beach towels are included. Master bedroom is with rattan settee.
Bathrooms: Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi, 2nd bathroom – bath / shower, 3rd – W.C & washing-machine. All washbasin's boards from marble. Hair-dryers.
Kitchen: Cooker hob / fridge / freezer / dishwasher / toaster / oven, microwave. Fully equipped.
Others: Deposit safe. Wireless internet (optional).
Villa cleaning and linen change weekly (more often is possible at extra cost) and clean at the end of your holiday are included in the price.
Pool with stairs (suit for old people), kids pool (with safety bar).
Outdoor shower.
Sun loungers with mattresses & patio furniture are included.
Barbecue.
At the arrival You will find the Welcome Set, which includes tea, coffee, sugar, fresh bread, milk, butter and local Wine (red and white) in it.
Drinking water with water cooler is provided free of charge.
Number of persons is limited up to 8 persons. Kids up to 2 years old is free.
Sorry no pets allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa as a condition of rental. We ask our guests to smoke on the outside terraces and balconies only.
English, German and Russian speaking manager is available all stay time in villa.
