The house is only 3km from the freeway and an easy 20 minutes drive to Perth City. This luxury home has a spacious open plan design with a massive indoor furnished sunroom area with BBQ, water feature and heat therapy room (Sauna), which leads to the garage and a sunny private rear garden with sun loungers and table and chairs. The property has quality furnishings throughout and is fully air-conditioned for the hot summers and gas heating for the cold 16 degree days!!. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and en-suite and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and en-suite. The as new kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and large double door fridge/freezer. MINIMUM STAY 21 NIGHTS 16 DEC - 31 JAN. Payment Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental costs and the balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. In certain circumstances, a refundable security bond may be required upon arrival at the property, please enquire. If required, the security bond may be paid in cash or can be secured on your credit card.
Cancellation of Hotel/Motel/Apartment Bookings If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking they should notify W.A.R. immediately and confirm the same in writing. Upon receipt of a cancellation, W.A.R. will refund any monies paid except for the 25% deposit, unless the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the arrival date and then no refund is payable.
Cancellation of privately-owned Houses and Apartments If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking they should notify W.A.R. immediately and confirm the same in writing. If the booking is cancelled in writing more than six weeks from the commencement date of your arrival, you will be released from the liability for the balance of hire.
If the cancellation is less than six weeks prior to your date of arrival, we will make every endeavour to obtain a replacement letting and if we are successful in finding guests to take your place, you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. If we are unable to find guests to take your place no refund is payable and you are liable for payment of the balance of hire.
In the event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances WAR will notify the hirer as soon as possible, offer a full refund or try to find other acceptable accommodation. WAR/Owners liability is limited to the monies received for the booking.
