Four master suites make this home perfect for a large family or several couples as well. Each spacious room is distinguished by a tropical style, with unique furnishings, the finest linens, a luxurious bath, and walk-in closet. All suites have sliding doors opening to expansive views, the songs of birds and the sound of surf. Ceiling fans stir the night breezes.
Property rentals include preferential tee times and a special greens fee rate (if the owner has an active club membership for rental guests to enjoy access) and use of the Residents´ Beach Club (subject to prior reservation and availability).
Concierge Services include pre-arrival itinerary planning, airport transfers, pre-arrival grocery shopping (15% fee), in-house spa services, babysitting service, car rental arrangement, restaurant reservations, booking of tours and excursions, etc.
Staff works daily, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Rates do not include 15% Government Tax and 5% Service Charge.

* Bedroom 04: Shanghai Suite - Spacious room with unique furnishings, the finest linens, and sliding doors to a patio and expansive views.
* Bedroom 05: Garden Room - Can be used as a 5th bedroom or a quiet respite or reading and relaxing. Doors open to the front garden. Day-bed turns into a trundle.
* Entertainment Room: The balcony media room has an L-shaped couch and a cushioned bench overlooking the balcony. There is a desk in the corner.
* Game Room: The game room features a wet bar, high game table with stools, low game table with cushioned rattan chairs, and silver champagne bucket.
* Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with a large granite island with high leather stools and Viking appliances.
* Living Room: Grand living room opening fully to the veranda, pool golf course, and ocean views.
* Pool: Blue-tiled infinity pool (1.2m x 5ft deep) with 3 levels - a shallow ledge for sunbathing, a children's safe wading area, and a swimming area.
