Although spacious, Casa Desiderata was laid out and conceived to be easy to live in with almost everything within easy reach. With a large living area open to the kitchen and the back patio, guests are encouraged to come together to a common area for companionship and pleasure. All rooms are able to be fully closed and air conditioned or open to the tropical outdoors at your discretion. Bedrooms were planned to allow the feel of a master suite with his and her sinks and walk in closets and full sliding doors opening to the outdoors. Decorating is warm, modern, simple and fresh. All sheets are 400 thread-count or more and the kitchen is equipped with commercial appliances and amenities. The dining table indoors seats 8 and outdoors the patio table seats another 8. Located on the 9th fairway of the world famous Four Seasons Golf Course, this is an uobstructed oceanfront villa allowing views of humpback whales frolicking by day and cruise ships twinkling by night.
Property rentals include preferential tee times and a special greens fee rate (if the owner has an active club membership for rental guests to enjoy access) and use of the Residents´ Beach Club (subject to prior reservation and availability).
Concierge Services include pre-arrival itinerary planning, airport transfers, pre-arrival grocery shopping, in-house spa services, babysitting service, car rental arrangement, restaurant reservations, booking of tours and excursions, etc.
Rates do not include 15% Government Tax and 5% Service Charge.
