air conditioner froze up our first night - got very hot making the group in our condo sick. called front desk next morning - problem resolved with cool air the rest of our stay but we were all still sick. not really enough towels even though there was a washer and dryer - made it hard to put a load on in the morning and have to come back in to put things in dryer so we would have it for the night. had to go buy soap, softer toilet tissue, kleenex, etc. that is usually provided at other places we've stayed. would have been nice to know what all we would need before we arrived.

The particular unit I last stayed in showed more wear than the others. For instance, the tile and paint weren't quite as clean as others I have stayed in.

I was a little leary before I got there because I thought the price was too cheap for what I was getting, but I was very happy to find the place was beautiful and very clean. I also liked the fact that you needed a key to even get on the elevator to go up to your condo. I always felt very safe and also liked the fact that it was close to town and we could walk everywhere (except when we went into Piegeon Forge). I will definately stay here again if ever in Gatlinburg. Great accomodations for a very affordable price!!!

My condo was immaculate with upscale furnishings. Location unbeatable, all Gatlinburg attractions within easy walking distance. Most enjoyable stay ever in the Smokies, and I go almost every year.
