Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation up to two weeks (14 full days) prior to your arrival date and time and avoid loss of your $125 security deposit.

Terms and Conditions:
We ask you and yours to take good care of and respect all the land you encounter during your stay at Ardpark; the national forest property, our land and others' private land. We ask you to leave no trace, pack out what you pack
in and always place even the littlest piece of trash in a waste receptacle.

We also ask that you demonstrate reasonable respect and care inside ArdPark facilities. The cost of repairs for any damage caused by abusive or negligent acts will be charged to your credit card, your security deposit will be forfeited and future service may
be denied.

Overstocked complimentary items and supplies are provided for your convenience during your stay at ArdPark. Please use what you need and leave the rest behind.

Any items removed for outdoor use must be returned indoors prior to your departure. During your stay, please don't leave any items outside that could be damaged by rain or the morning dew.

When you can, please help to preserve valuable resources by conserving energy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

All persons staying at any ArdPark Cabins, LLC facility agree and understand, by implied consent, that they are doing so at their own risk and consequence.

ArdPark Cabins, LLC, including but not limited to, its registered agents, directors, members, heirs, successors and assigns are not responsibile for any illness, injury, loss of revenue or
income, pain and suffering, emotional distress or loss of life or limb sustained by any person that may occur as a result of traveling to or from its property, using its land, occupying its
facilities or using any furnishings or amenities provided to them. By implied consent, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArdPark Cabins, LLC, its registered agents, directors, members, heirs, successors and assigns from any liability whatsoever related to any illness, injury, loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress or loss of life or limb
associated in any way with ArdPark Cabins, LLC.

Any person(s) under the age of 18 staying at any ArdPark Cabins, LLC facility must be supervised and
accompanied by a paying adult throughout their stay. Parent(s), guardian(s), supervisor(s) and/or responsible party(ies) of such underage person(s) hereby expressly agree and understand that minor person(s) will not be supervised in any manner by ArdPark Cabins, LLC. Parent(s),
guardian(s), supervisor(s) and/or responsible party(ies) of such underage person(s) further agree to accept full responsibility and be liable for any damages that said underage person(s) may make to the land, buildings, furnishings and the like at ArdPark Cabins, LLC, whether said underage person(s) acted alone or in concert with others.

Alcohol consumption by any person(s) under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Violators will be refused
future service and will be required to vacate the premises without a refund of any kind. Further, any and all
person(s), regardless of age, traveling to or from or staying at any ArdPark Cabins, LLC facility agrees, by
implied consent, to hold harmless ArdPark Cabins, LLC, it registered agents, directors, members, heirs,
successors and assigns from any liability whatsoever related to any illness, injury, loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or loss of life or limb associated with use of alcoholic beverages or other mind and function alterating substance by said person(s).
