Apartment 1 --- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms- sleeps up to 6/7 persons
Apartment 2 --- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom- sleeps up to 4 persons.
The property itself is a modern house painted in the traditional Island style colours of blue and white. Built in 2004, it makes the most of the fabulous panoramic views over the Saronic Gulf Sea and looks out to the islands of Hydra and Dokos. The property benefits from a private swimming pool nestled amongst the olive trees, along with sun decks and terraces in the gardens and on the rooftop. We are situated 10 minutes east of the historical old town of Ermioni, within the region of Argolida in the Peloponnese, Mainland Greece.
Two separate accommodations are offered which are on the first floor of the villa, allowing for the best views across the Aegean. The first accommodation is a 1 bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 4 people, 2 private balconies and a very spacious interior. The second accommodation is a 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 6/7 people, again with 2 private balconies and very spacious. Each apartment benefits from en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms, private entrance halls, a beautifully presented dining kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a welcome pack for overseas visitors. Both apartments have a sea-view lounge with TV/DVD and pull-out double sofa bed. On the same floor, the apartments share a large outside dining terrace (also a great place to watch the spectacular sunsets with your favourite sun-downer), this leads up to the charming rooftop sun terrace with magnificent panoramic views.
Our Villa apartments are furnished to the highest standard and incorporate traditional Mediterranean features, including local marble flooring and shuttered windows with incorporated mosquito net blinds. The accommodation also has all the comforts of modern living, such as solar powered hot water, double glazed windows, air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans. The outdoor areas are also finished to a high standard with ample parking space for 6+ cars, a mature olive grove and gardens which enclose a welcoming swimming pool and terraced area with traditional souvla/BBQ. The rooftop terrace is an ideal private retreat for yoga, pilates and meditation with ample space for movement and stretching.
Jasmine Villa is ideally situated just east of Ermioni town, in the area called Thermissia which is dominated by a stunning outcrop of rock naturally shaped like a lizard and illuminated at night. It is here by the sea where your residence awaits, in the traditional working village community of Pigadia (meaning Wells or springs). The area is undiscovered by mass tourism and is a rare gem, which has been kept a secret by the locals and visiting Athenians.
Ermioni itself is on a peninsular embraced on both sides by the sea, with a woodland area at the end called ‘Bisti’. This pine covered archaeological site is a perfect place to walk and swim with its spectacular views across to Hydra and Thermissia. Here you will discover ancient remains, an old windmill and rocky coves with crystal clear waters. On the north side of the peninsular is the natural harbour with small fishing boats, many shops, banks, post office, pharmacies, cafes, buses, taxis, ferries and the colourful weekly market. On the south side is ‘Mandrakia’ where you will find waterside restaurants and tavernas with their octopus hung out in the sun as well as music bars and nightlife until the early hours.
You will find Jasmine Villa the perfect base for exploring the Argolida region of the Peloponnese, and for visiting the nearby islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses- each a different experience. There are many historical and cultural towns or villages around the mainland coast- Kilada, Porto Heli, Methana and Ermioni are just a few examples close by, or take a trip to Nafplion (the ancient capital of Greece), Mycenae, Athens, Epidavros or the famous Corinth Canal.
Take the opportunity for shopping, relaxing on the beaches, swimming in the sea or in your private pool, walking, rock climbing at lizard rock and Didima, cycling, hiking- especially through the gorge of Katafyki, riding or exploring the caves. Artists can take inspiration from the rolling hillsides with dotted churches or the colourfully changing hues of the island vistas throughout the day.

ONWARDS TO JASMINE VILLA BY CAR (FROM ATHENS AIRPORT)
Car hire is available from Athens airport. Check www.popscarhellas.gr They have offices at the airport and in Ermioni. Cars can be collected at the airport and left in Ermioni or visa versa.
Driving time is approximately 2.5 hours. The first hour from the airport to Corinth is on the new motorway. The second part is through very scenic and beautiful mountainous terrain. There are plenty of amenities en-route for refreshments, and stop-offs to interesting places including the Corinth Canal.
ONWARDS TO JASMINE VILLA BY BUS/SEA (FROM ATHENS AIRPORT)
E96 is the 24-hour airport express bus to Piraeus Port.
Daily Hydrofoil from Piraeus to Ermioni (courtesy pick-up) which takes approximately 2 hours and stops at Poros (courtesy pick-up) and Hydra (water taxi available) en-route. Cost one way approximately 30 euros. Check out www.hellenicseaways.gr and www.dolphins.gr for further information.
