Comfortable apartments in a new built house
Very bright and modern apartments with really big windows, named apartment Antonia*** , about 59 m2 on the 1st floor with a nice balcony 8x1,5m on the East with morning sun and apartment Amalia***, about 53m2, on ground floor plus the hall and atrium 6x5m in front of the house. They are very appropriate for those guests, who wish to have a pleasant, peaceful, safe, comfortable and quiet stay, but still not far from the city center.Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with double bed, with all bed linen included. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and an electro oven, a dish washing machine, a toaster, a boiling and coffee machine and a dining table with kitchenware for up to six persons. A living room with a studio couch, that can be used as an additional bed for one or two guests. A bathroom with shower, toilet and towels. A cloakroom for clothes, shoes and other luggage. All rooms in both apartments are air conditioned and completely furnished, also with window shades and courtains. Both apartments have central heating, a sat TV with over 400 international channels from over 10 satellites and a PC, connected to an internet via fast ADSL communication. Besides that, apartment Amalia (in ground floor) has floor heating in the bathroom for better comfort. It has also a washing machine in the cloak room and a DVD with home cinema in the living room. From the living room and one bedroom there is an entrance to a cosy terrace with a garden table and barbecue just in front of the living room. On the other hand, apartment Antonia has a bigger living room and a balcony with a table and chairs. There are 2 parking places in front of the house and a small utility room behind (for bicycles, tools...). Apartments are less than 400 m from the nearest bus stop and the bus takes you to the center in less than 20 min. Walking distance to the sharp city center or the old city is 3 km. Public transportation in and around Ljubljana is quite good, but also taxis are not very expensive. Our apartments are close to the city center, so the fee for a taxi to or from the center during the day is less than 4 EUR for up to 4 persons and a bit more than 5 EUR for 6! This is less expensive than city bus if you pay on the bus! Ljubljana is not a big city and the competition among taxi companies did a good work for the users!
