By the Vines is a fully renovated, air-conditioned home featuring three tastefully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms and a family/games room with a modern open concept family friendly floorplan.
Two of the beautifully appointed bedrooms, with queen size beds, are located on the main floor. The third bedroom, featuring 2 long twin size beds, is located within the open concept lower level.
The large, bright and appealing living room invites you to relax, read a book, enjoy a movie or your favourite show on the audio/video centre, or surf the net through the available connection. The main floor audio/video centre is equipped with TV, digital cable, DVD and radio with CD and tapedeck.
The spacious, open concept kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all of the comforts of home while the bright, cheerful dining area has a walkout to a large deck with gas BBQ and lovely garden area.
The family/games room is equipped with cable, a TV/ DVD/ VCR combo, internet, Bumper pool and various family and board games. A pull-out couch and a laundry area, with washer and dryer, are additional amenities.
