A Security Deposit of 250 euros will be required at the time of booking in case of damages to any of the contents and or the property, the owners reserve to the right to change this amount if damage which has been caused is higher than the Security Deposit, if no damage is found the Security Deposit will be returned after a week from departure.
To reserve the Property, the Client should complete and sign the Booking Form and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (25% of the total rent due). Following receipt of the Booking Form and deposits, the Owner will send a confirmation by E-mail or letter. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.
The balance of the rent is payable not less than six weeks.
If payment is not received by the due date, the Owner reserves
the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within six weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking
