Description:
Snug is the right part of a historic canal house often featured in guidebooks because its a classic example of the 17th century architecture called classic renaissance. It has a crow-stepped gable; this is a stair-step type of design at the top of the triangular gable-end of a building. It was built in 1655, practically rebuilt to its original features in the 1970s and recently renovated this house offers modern comfort with historic charm.

There are two apartments in the house. Snug is a one-bedroom ground floor apartment that can sleep 6 persons on 1 double bed and 2 double bed sleeping sofas. Grand is a three-bedroom apartment on the top three floors and can sleep 8 persons of 6 single beds and 1 double bed sleeping sofa. The apartments can be rented seperately or together. When rented together the apartments connect indoors via a door that otherwise remains shut and locked.
