Le Moulin Rouge is a beautiful XVIIe stones fabric, with a newly built private covered pool, set in a 3000m² private garden with an orchard. The House sleeps 12 person and has 6 bedrooms. It's the ideal place for large party or several families traveling together.
Le Moulin Rouge is set at the end of the village of Cenac, 2km from the famous bastide of Domme and 8km from the medieval town of Sarlat. It has the convenience of a five minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Golf is available at the Domaine de Rochebois (6km away) and there is canoeing on the river available at Cenac.
The new pool has just been built in early 2008 - it is all covered and all fenced for security.

Le Moulin Rouge has 6 large bedrooms : 2 with double beds, 1 with a double and a single bed, 3 twin bedrooms and an extra mattress.
The house has 1 Bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 shower room with toilet, and two other separated toilets.
Kitchen fully equiped including cooker with Gas Hob & Electric Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, and Dishwasher. There is a Telephone which will take incoming calls and for contacting the Emergency Services. There is also a broadband connexion in the house with a computer.
Roofed Patio area where you will probably prefer to take most of your meals, which is equiped with a large built-in barbecue and a pizza oven. There is another covered terrace with garden furniture on the left size of the house. The private garden, which is not shared with anybody else, is 3000m² and it's equipped with sun loungers and it's all fenced.
There is lot of apple trees and even a small natural source. The house and the garden are great for children.
The new built swimming pool (achieved June 2008) is 5m x 10m. It is fully covered which means you can use it even when weather is cloudy/raining.
Pets are welcome.

Le moulin Rouge is an ideal spot from which to explore the pretty riverside villages such as Beynac with its magnificent fortress Château and La Roque Gageac, seemingly impossibly built into the side of a cliff. The medieval Sarlat, the bastides of Domme and Limeuil, where the Dordogne River and Vezere river met, Les Eyzies and the Vezere valley, are all within a 15miles from the house.
Golfing, tennis, canoying, tennis, hot air ballon... are leisure activities available nearby.

The price of the rental includes the costs of Electricity, Hot Water and Cooking Gas. The heating is charged at an extra costs when required (50€). Bed Linen and Towels are not included, but can be hired locally - (12 Euros per bed and 6 Euros for 2 towels)
A final day cleaning service can also be hired at an extra cost of 150€ - Please indicate if you wish to hire when booking.
Bookings are from sat to sat from May to September. Arrival time is 4 - 7 p.m. and departure time is 10 a.m. on the saturday of leaving. Changeover day is flexible in low and middle seasons.
A deposit of 400Euros against any breakages and damage is required on arrival. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay if the house has been left in good conditions.
