This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay was available and even a welcome gift pack awaited us including Kona coffee, macadamia nuts,sunscreen , beachbag, etc. Carol Kwait is an excellant property manager, perhaps the best we've done business with. The only disadvantage of the area is that Mauna Lani didn't plan for any walking paths for the area. It would be great to have a couple of bicycles available to guests to avoid always traveling by car.P.S. Is the coffee really from your own coffee farm Carol?

Hi Mike and Cindy,

I'm so glad that you enjoyed the condo! Yes, the coffee is from our farm. We have a 3 acre place and about 2 acres is planted in coffee. We harvested 29,000 pounds of cherry last year and have a good crop going this year. It is kind of fun to have our own coffee!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. Modern, clean, well appointed, quiet, nicely decorated with all the amenities you could ask for. It feels like you are living there for a few days rather than being just a guest in a hotel room. We prefer it that way. The condo is close to two very nice Golf courses (of course) and Hapuna beach state park. The resort beach is also nice and features some pretty good snorkeling as well.We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

We have heard a great deal about the VRBO program but were very cautious about participating. Our experience with Carole and the property at M23 was most outstanding. Carole took all the hassle out of our trip, handling all advance planning professionally and being most attentive while we were there. She even scheduled a dental appointment for me while we were in transit. The home was perfect. It was beautifully furnished, well appointed and exceptionally clean and well maintained. After staying at M23 we moved to the Hilton for a few days. We wished we had stayed at M23. We have been fortunate to visit the islands 11 times during our marriage. We have stayed in hotels, private homes and condos. This trip was indeed one of the absolute best. Mahalo.

Golf Villa M-23 at Mauna Lani Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Golf Villas in Mauna Lani. The property was quiet, beautiful and very well maintained. Our villa was beautifully furnished and had top of the line appliances that worked well. This property is new to the rental market and a table for the lanai was on order so we had to do without a table for this visit. We would recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.One suggestion that we would like to offer about the Manuna Lani resort is that we would like to see more development of walking paths to the beaches. We enjoy walking and would prefer to walk to the beaches instead of having to drive to the parking lots. We did walk the King's trail to Waikoloa Beach Resort but this path did not go to the Black Sand Beach or to the Beach Club.

Property was well equipped. Gas grill on the lanai was excellent. The owner of the unit was very friendly and interested in making the unit as comfortable as possible. The location of the Golf Villas is somewhat isolated - need to drive wherever you want to go. Unit could use better lighting.
