BBQ grill is antiquated. Garage makes for a tight fit (as does the living room for TV viewing). Overall, a very nice getaway location.

Overall we had a very pleasureable experience. The house was in good condition, clean and had all the amenities you would hope for. Location in Frisco is always great for trips to various ski resorts. We would love to come back again. Check in/out process was easy and staff was more than accomodating.

The home was clean and in the location we expected. We had one call to add water to the hot tub and the staff responded the next morning without a problem and even called later to ensure everything was ok. We enjoyed our stay and would use Summit Mountain Rentals again.

Great duplex in Frisco

We enjoyed our stay at Canny Lodge. The duplex was very nicely decorated. It has an awesome master bathroom. There is plenty of space and it worked well for 8 people. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location is great with a private wooded backyard; but yet close to main street and restaurants.
