Ceilings are ten feet high with designer lighting. GOURMET KITCHEN with european style cabinets, a quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a small wine cooler enhance the kitchen. Watch movies on the ITALIAN LEATHER living room set and enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF WINE. BEACH is 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE BLDG as well as all the most exclusive stores such as Cartier, Gucci, LV, Dior, etc.
A gated parking space in the building can be added for a small additional fee. Also the studio is JUST FOR A PARTY OF 2 and even though we love animals NO PETS are allowed.

After we check the apartment and verify everything in perfect order we return your deposit though Paypal. (Usually within 2-5 days if we are not present when you check out )
We know things happen, flights get cancelled and delayed due to changing weather or other conditions. Unless we have others waiting to check in, we can be flexible with the check in and out times. CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00PM AND CHECK OUT AT 11:00AM IF WE HAVE ANY OTHER CLIENTS WAITING TO GET IN.
We provide parking in the building for $7.00 daily. This is a great convenience. Area parking cost is $2.25 per hour and a fraction of an hour is $1.20. At times it can be a long walk to the apartment, especially in the rain. Our parking is on the ground floor with direct access to the apt.
