Apartment Entrance and a view of the FULL Kitchen

The apartment is fully furnished. It has a queen size bed and a full size pull out bed. It has a complete kitchen, bathroom, closet, dinner area, stereo and a flat panel High Definition TV. We provide a set of clean towels, clean linens, and sanitary paper.
The beach is 3 minutes walking distance across the street. The apartment has view to the beach and to the lagoon in the back of the building. The bus stop is at the front of the building, so you can go anywhere in San Juan for a quarter. It is easy to go from there to the old San Juan, shopping malls, Airport, Convention Center, Theaters, Museums, and others. The apartment is between 20 to 30 minutes from the airport depending on the traffic.
Term and Conditions:
Everything in the rent cost is included unless you request any additional service or item. Daily and weekly rentals are available:
3-6 rental days - $85.00 per night
7-13 rental days – $75.00 per night
14-25 rental days – $65.00 per night
The apartment rent is accepted in cash upon arrival and credit cards or Paypal are accepted with the payment within 3 days from check-in date. Renters are responsible for any credit card or Paypal fee. Add $10.00 per night for each additional person (THIRD OR FOURTH). A onetime cleaning fee of $35.00 applies with every rental. Optional Parking is available for $8.00 per day.
A deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve the apartment. The deposit wills remain as damage deposit until check out and it will be refunded during check out. The deposits are requested through PayPal (http//PayPal.com) Invoice Services. The deposit will be refunded completely is not damage to the apartment at check out.
Cancellation Policy:
1- No cancellation fee will be applied if rental cancellation is at least 8 days prior to check in date.
2- 50% of the reservation deposit will be charged if rental cancellation is within 7 and 4 days to check-in.
3- The reservation deposit will be charge if rental cancellation is within 3 days to check-in date.
